KiiDocs has compliance and audit support built-in.

With KiiDocs, you retain full control over your KII content. You can create and manage your content in-house, utilising your existing resources, rather than relying on expensive external resources.

The KiiDocs system provides workflow features to support the review & approval of both KII content, and of the generated KII documents.

Both single-approver and multiple-approver workflows are supported, and the system can be tailored to suit your own compliance process. (Or, you can choose not to use these features if you prefer).

The workflow makes the system particularly easy to use, since it is easy to see which tasks need to be performed next. Completion of one task (e.g. supplying a fund objective) will automatically trigger the next task (review of that fund objective, usually by someone else).

The system records all data import, data entry and sign-off actions, so that a full audit trail is maintained. Every version of the KII content is stored indefinitely, as is every version of the generated KII document.
