The KiiDocs system benefits from Electrum’s well-proven document-generation technology, which is capable of highly-polished output, including charts such as those required to show past-performance.

The system uses a “template” to define the style and layout of the document, which we can easily customise to reflect your own branding (within the limitations set out in the CESR guidelines).

Generation of the KII document starts automatically as soon as all the content is available (and approved), and the documents are ready for review within minutes.

Just like the KII content, the generated KII documents have an associated approval workflow that helps you manage the process of reviewing the documents and approving them for publication.

Once approved, the documents can be downloaded en-masse, emailed, or sent directly to your website.

Alternatively, we can host them for you at a permanent web address that your website can easily point to, thus ensuring that the latest version is always available.
